Spark plug wire

Post by CalRamCB400SF » Sat Oct 08, 2011 3:01 pm

Hi all, I own a 99 CB400SF. I've was previously having problems with my bikes' perfomance (If you accelerate too quickly the engine cuts) and have found the soloution. I'm in need of new spark plug wires for my CB400. I just wanted to know which spark plug wires are recommended inorder to give my motorcycle as much performance increase(Or a good steady perfomance) for this. Any names, brands or models? Some eBay item numbers would aslo be helpful.
Thanking you in advance!

Any 8mm copper core ht lead will do, I use ngk sd05fm plug caps on most bikes with recessed spark plugs.

They are pretty long and fully rubber coated to reduce issues with damp and are narrow enough to fit in pretty much any modern lc engine, if they sit to far down just I just use a couple of cable ties leaving enough to pull the cap back off.
