hi guys
what is the idle speed of my nc21
and which carb is fixed am going to attempt to balance carbs
do you have to take tank right of to do this

The carb with no adjustment screw is the fixed one! This is cylinder 2. front left.
The screws are underneath the carbs so tank can stay on, tricky to get to though.
idle speed should be 1300rpm.
balance the carbs slightly higher.. perhaps 1600rpm
