Once it gets fuel you can start ruling out other things. Electrical, carbs, plugs, etc

lol the guy has fixed the bike after me telling him that i would not buy it untill it was fixed or knew what the problem was, he said he changed the fuel and replaced spark plugs and it works...but he also bumped the price to £1200 wtf lol. so i told him to go f*ck himself
well not litterally but i was wanting to

i was gonna mention that if you tell him you want it runnin he'll prb double the price..lol.

haha yeah, ermm well my budget was about 800-900. i dont know about 1000 unless its got an aftermarket can like carbon can. then il pay a grand. the problem is. i dont have my license yet. so if its far away, i wouldnt be able to ride it back up. im sitting my test after my holiday so. if i find a bike at a reasonable price and its down south, il still buy it and ride it back up.
