Seems to be a fuel issue, hard to say...
Brand new plugs, still nothing... where do I start?

Re: NC35 Wont Start! :(
bit more info would help..
is the engine turning over but just not firing? Or Is it dead as dodo? do you have ignition lights?
silly things first, start with the most basic and work upwards..
is there fuel in it
is the kill switch on, (maybe switched it accidently gettin it out the garage or something)

yeh you need to provide a bit more info mate...
i mean it could be a few things...your reg/rec, starter motor, starter relay, fuse, right switchgear.
why would you think its a fuelling issue...problem with the vacuum? leakage around the fuel tap area? what have you noticed that you haven't told us?

Re: NC35 Wont Start! :(
Bike turns over, there seems to be ample spark.. fuel in, switch on.
i had a feeling it was a fuel issue, as a few months ago when it first happened (when the bike wasn't mine) i remember it smelling very fuely from the exhaust... maybe flooding?
The bike is mine now, he bought it for 7000, it was the fastest RVF400 in Victoria a few years ago... then one day he couldn't start it, so he left it in the garage for a year or 2 and i just picked it up for 500 bucks!

I heard it was the fastest rvf in all of the world mister!!callboy wrote:it was the fastest RVF400 in Victoria a few years ago...
Seriously, if you can provide more info it might help to diagnose the problem.
Take a plug out and see if it's wet (if wet it's flooded). New plugs or not, you can foul them mighty quick if you're not sure what you're doing.
