Has anyone had any problems getting the pad pin covers unscrewed? mine seem stuck solid, I'm thinking of getting an impact screwdriver on the case. any other ideas?
thanks!

Yep, try your impact driver but I know had to chisel them around (carefully) with a flat head driver. I now have some with allen heads and made of titanium from probolt, that should save some weight then!

Re: Brake pad retaining pin covers
lol, gave it a go just now, screwdriver and rubber mallet rather than my lump hammer and drift. some good solid whacks and they cracked off. pins underneath were in perfect condition. all I have to do now is clean the pistons up and doa fluid change. Luverly!
Thanks again!
