Ignitech CDI and tacho question

Post by Drunkn Munky » Mon May 30, 2011 7:58 pm

Now i know you cant use a 30 tacho on a 35 with the standard CDI and vice versa but does it matter if your using a ignitech??

Reason for asking is that the 30 tacho comes as a seperate unit where as the 35 comes as a complete unit with the temp and speedo attached, ive swapped the 35 internals over to the 30 housing before but it was a pain in the arse to be honest and rather not do it again.

Good question.

I reckon the ignitech would be specific to each model tacho, but maybe best to ask the company?
