Fitting a new front mudguard

Post by domski1 » Thu May 26, 2011 9:09 pm

Ok, I have bought a fibre class front mudguard off Gavin and was just wondering if anyone has any ideas for the fastenings for the brake lines? The old mudguard has a hole and a cut out for the brake line fastening clips and I would have to cut and drill these into the new mudguard. The fastenings are old and rusty anyway so I didn't really want to use them on my new mudguard so I was wondering if anyone has used any different fixings ?

on 2 wheels sells brake line holders that you can attach to the fender by drilling and small hole and bolting it in place
