Hi guys im wondering is there anyway to replace there exhaust flanges?? only thing is its a titanium system and not the usual steel system :S any ideas or advice would be great so would links aswell

So you have Beet pipes - very good.
I think the only way you can work is upwards as you have bridged downpipes.
I was told that the collars had to be removed on mine (not beet) then welded back after replacing the flanges.

So you got ti down pipes and steel flanges? you could cut the old flange off and get a set of the 'c' collets from a gsxr400 gk73a then make new flanges with a larger hole. The flange slots over the end of the down pipe and the collets fit in between and lock everything up.
