Post by montsta56 » Tue May 10, 2011 12:52 am

hi guys bit of help needed . Bike is flooding cylinder 1 really badly ( filling up airbox).
I've just cleaned carbs out after doing valve clearences before a race this weekend  Any ideas what may be causing this?? Shit stuck under the float needle maybe any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah mate it can really only be to do with the carb float, float valve or the valve seat.

Check to see that it's adjusted properly, what the movement is like, how it seats and that the float floats!
