Pretty sure Gullarm is referring to the plug caps and NOT the plugs themselves.

Yes go for a decent replacement regardless of weather conditions, you can also eliminate these as an issue in the process.

get the tops/leads from Graeme France. at least you know your getting the right gear for your bike.
