Hello Friends I have a problem, hope you guys can help. I was riding my nc30 and after an hour it quit on me. after a few tries, started. 20 min later it quit again. It cranks but nothing. luckily i was close to home. I already checked for spark on the rear two plugs are it's good. I checked my fuel tap and vaccuum hose and they're good. Where do I go from here. It just cranks but does not turn over. Thanks for any help.
Chris.

Battery fully charged? sometimes you get spark but it isnt enough under compression to ignite fuel.
If you undo drain screw on carb do you get fuel come out?

I will check the carb drains for sure. Do you think the battery may be at fault even though it died while riding?

Re: NC30 not starting
I think you guys are onto something. I started it boosted from another battery straight to leads and me creating my own vacuum to the fuel tap. It didn't cross my mind that the battery could be at fault since it died while running, started and then died while running again. I'm gonna buy a new battery and try it out. If my old battery wasn't toast before it must be by now.
Thank you for your insight. I will try the new batt. and post results.

Best to check the regulator too, as that might be why the battery is fecked
