hi there, now before i step on toes i know what i am about to ask has been done over. BUT i could use a little clarification...
ok i'll set the scene first, i have just bought a rough looking nc30 which i am in the process of repspraying, reconditioning front forks, and i was looking to change the creaking leaking rear shock.
now, i have bought a shock from a cbr 600rr '04, i just wanted to clarify if this shock is a straight swap for the stock shock?
by this i do understand it will protrude into the battery box, BUT do i need to buy a smaller battery?
if so what model battery? as all the smaller ones i have looked at in the catalogue have the terminals the wrong way...
oh and do i need a washer as the bush at the top measures smaller than the stock shock
please help???
much appreciated

Re: nc30 rear shock upgrade
I had to replace the battery terminal wiring with longer wires when fitting smaller batteries because of this.Tiddsey wrote:BUT do i need to buy a smaller battery?
