Is this a standard thing?
Or is that made up by someone?

Re: NC30 Front Fairing - Misaligned!
I found a website that sold that headlight with the rubber seal,
I contacted them about the seals separately; but apparently honda has discontinued them and they no longer have stock
Anyone know of somewhere that has these in stock?

send geoff33 a PM on here, am sure he can help, or if you search, you can find info about using an old inner tube to make a replacement to very good effect.

+1, that is a huge gap.Hadies wrote:My right hand rubber headlight surround has come off and there is a gap, but it shouldn't be that big.
The rubbers won't fit properly with a gap that big.....

Re: NC30 Front Fairing - Misaligned!
You say it fits at the top... is this with all other fairings fitted (lowers)? There should be a bit of a gap (5mm ish) which is filled with a combination of foam stuck to the rear of the top fairing, and the rubbers on the lights that others have mentioned. If you have tried this without any lowers then try jiggling the fairing around to make the gap consistent around the full circumference of the light and then measure it. If that doesn't give you any joy then
on a bent headlight bracket!

It's probably the fairing stay clock/headlamp mount, beware of the chinese stays on ebay they are of horrible quality and result in misaligment as well, though not so bad as on your photo.
