Has anyone got the torque settings for a 1996 nc35 front end and fork legs toqrues has ive got to do the fork seals on them but cant find the torque setting anywhere ??

Haynes manuals have most of the torque settings you need!:
Top yoke fork clamp bolts - 23Nm
Bottom yoke fork clamp bolts - 40Nm
Fork damper rod bolt - 20Nm
Fork top bolt - 35Nm
Front brake caliper mounting bolts - 31Nm
Front axle bolt - 60Nm
Front axle clamp bolts - 22Nm
That should be all the settings you'll need for the job!
