Semi-synthetic 10W40

Post by Man_Named_Dave » Mon Sep 27, 2010 1:12 pm

Alright chaps,

It's time for an oil change, so I thought I'd ask the brains on here if they know of anywhere that's particularly good value for ordering Silkolene semi-synthetic? Lings do 1 litre for 6 quid, which doesn't seem too bad.

My local bike shop sell fuchs silko semi-synth for £19 for 4 litres.

Might be worth checking local bike shops :)

If you don't mind a trip to Maidstone, try Laguna. I used to work there when I lived in Kent and even without staff discount they were cheapest locally for service items.

At the moment, I'm using Euro Car Parts as I have an account there. I'm buying Putoline 10/40w semi in a 25l drum for £37 + VAT.
