I have had my bike out this afternoon, and it seemed okay, i am running a micron race can and 110 jets. the airbox is standard the filter is slightly free'er flowing. I have set the pilot jets to 1 6/8 turns out and it seems to be okay, starts without the choke and will idle okay.
I reckon start at standard setup and work from there.

To be honest i dont know about the washer and little rubber. Best to have a word with Rick Oliver he may have some, or David silver spares.
