Hi, roughly fitting together my new (old) hrc exhaust system thanks to Ben from Aussie, have I got it right roughly? Any hints as to fitting it? And do i need to/should I get the small bits that fit where the exhaust goes into the engine ceramic coated too? And thoughts on sand blasting vs dremel? Looking to get them cleaned up then ceramic coated an aluminium finish (seen an exhaust done yesterday and it looks amazing) - thoughts?

No one?:-p. I've put it in to be blasted and painted anyway...they tell me it should come out looking like polished aluminium...

Aluminium finish on mild steel, not a fan myself. Looks ok when first done but will look tacky very quickly, blacks the only colour for me when doing mild steel.

Cheers, the part that I saw when I was in there was pretty darn good...just very slightly off chrome. I'm just not a fan of the matte black :-). We'll see - we have something called the consumers guarantee act here, so if it doesn't last as you would expect an exhaust to last..I would just rather do it once well rather than have to spray in a years time again.

Have I got the bits assembled right?

So with my first post, I thought I'd be a bit of a bore.... My interest is not aesthetics, nor sound, nor low or mid-range but simply top end performance. My NC30 has a stainless Tyga system on it but I am apt to change it for whatever is currently available (Ergo, Tyga, Yamamoto, etc.) that produces best top end power. The bike will run stock cams and ports but upped compression with 1mm over pistons and HRC airbox top. Thank you so much in this regard!

For top end performance it's with dual output canisters (twinstack, shotgun, sp1). For strong midrange it's single can output.
