Anyone ID these race fairings?

Post by roboff » Mon Mar 26, 2018 8:46 pm

Alright all,

Picked these up the other day, got them for a steal.... Theyre abit tatty, but usable if you wanted to. I cant see any manufacturer markings in them anywhere... Theyre fibre glass, one piece nose cone and uppers, belly pan/lowers and v piece all one piece aswell. Nose cone has threaded holes for a light cover, and one headlight blocked out for that suzuka look.... Anyone any ideas on the maker and age? Sorry the pics are abit naff...

Thanks!

Tom

They could be from anywhere, loads of people still making them!
You do realise you can still buy them new?

I say it is ARD fairing or race products both uk made. Fairing is definately not heardy. Looking at the quality and finish as well as the customizing front head light gap and two holes drilled (DIY). It is a just race fairing kit with closed bottom tray. Heardy has subtle shaping.

I used to produce this fairing but my moulds were taken from a Japanese original which came on a grey import NC30 that I bought in the mid-`90s
