Gold wheels
Ok, so im going to be getting my wheels pwdercoated shortly and was wondering...... What's the best/closest colour match or code for hrc wheels? Pictures welcome ;0)
I really like the early rvf400 hrc bikes with their coloured gold wheels.

those colours above are the 3 golds he got in as samples for me.
compared next to a true HRC gold it wasnt far off.
this was ibby/kris OKI with HRC coloured dymags which Tony/Drunkn Munky painted
and for matching purposes here it is compared to the SP1 calipers

Re: Gold wheels
You probably have different powders in the UK but avoid "Precious Gold". It is neither gold nor precious and looks terrible!!
I ended up getting mine painted in the end, so I could at least guarantee the colour would be right

Re: Gold wheels
Is it RAL-1036 or is the RAL-1567 that is best fit to match hrc gold?

Re: Gold wheels
I reckon the paint colour of the new cb400 wheels isn't a million miles off what the HRC gold would have been:
