Does anyone have a Rothmans colour schemed NC30 out there, that would be willing to take some hi-res pics of their fairings & tank for me please?
Prefer original version rather than newer chinese ones so I can get all the decals in the right spot, but not overly important.

Any help would be appreciated
Hi there, your best bet would be also sourcing the correct paint codes of the following Honda Rothmans livery: NC24 VFR400R that officially sold in 1987, the NS400R two-stroke in Rothmans livery in 1985 or the MC28 Rothmans (type no.4) in 1993/94.

As has been said - Honda did not do a Rothmans NC30, but I agree that it wears it well (then again I am posibly a little bit biased).

This one is OEM fairings with a one of paint job. Not at all cheap - but beautiful quality and of course a perfect OEM fit.....

...and this one is one of the Chinese supplied sets, with a tank sprayed (not particularly well) to match. They will need fettling to fit (see page three on here viewtopic.php?f=23&t=13972&start=20) but with a little effort are quite passable if you don't need/want 'perfect'...

..and finaly a copy of the guide the painters used on my OEM stuff...

Hope it helps :peace:

Thanks so much for the assistance. I will go source some colours but that info should give me a good starting point. It may not end up perfect, but I intend to ride, not store in a window.

Again, thanks very much for the help. I will post some pics this weekend of where I am starting from and hopefully keep it going until the bike is back together and rideable.

Have a type 4 i'm slowly sorting out when funds apply, will be a type 2 hybrid colour with type for grey instead of silver to match the tank.
