Re: Gallery
Just acquired this last Wednesday. 27,000 kms with carbs setup for 1990+ jetting.
I have a 90+ rear shock to put in, and will be looking around for some later model forks.
Coming to this from an 05 ZX6R was quite interesting; the power delivery is so linear in comparison, and it feels a heck of a lot smoother through the corners.
I would really like a new exhaust, but I am apprehensive about cutting and welding the current system as it's still original.
Do the factory cans like to be debaffled? If so, what is the best way to go about this? It looks as though it'd need to be split open and welded back up.

I just put a FUEL exhaust end can on mine. So easy to fit and no welding comes with all conecting pipes and removable baffles. Sounds awsome and looks awsome.

A very rare sight in Canada... two NC30's together!! Met up with 400greybike member 'djcmx49' on Sunday for the first of hopefully many rides.

Bit of a late reply... you can get a decent half system which will improve the bike much more than cutting and messing with the stock system, but upto you if you want to cut or notVincent wrote:

Be much smoother with the later forks and shock they make it much more precise feeling.

Re: Gallery
After a long hiatus I have picked up a new NC30 off forum member Icemaestro.
Took it for a nice long ride over the weekend. Here's a photo from the trip doing some offroading on the central alpine plateau in New Zealand (the setting for Mordor in the LoTR films).
