Just read through this, was a nice read. Regarding the coolant bottle mounted to the LHS of the top rad, does the rad not melt the plastic? Does the bottle fit in the panels well?

hmmm its a bit lighter than stock cary's less coolant so lighter again but mostly cos its simplifies things a whole load, you dont have a massive thing on your subframe which looks ugly imo and big lines running the length of the bike to the rad which make a cluttered area (right side by the loom and coolant pipes) even worse. but the majour thing will be that it has HRC in the name and everyone wants to say they have HRC on their bike even if its just a little bottle

Plus the HRC logo/part adds at least 10bhp ;)

yeh but I dont mind putting the logo on as Iv actually got a few HRC bits on:
HRC RC30 rearsets
HRC De-restrictor
HRC brake res
HRC overflow bottle

I heard somewhere if you have the HRC logo and its not got any bits it only gives and extra 5bhp, not sure if thats just internet bullshit tho
