Can anyone identify the can on my NC30, it is made from ali, all welded, no rivets. The exhaust is Yamamoto, apparently. Thanks. I have some pics, but can,t seem to post them.

100% yamamoto, looks identical to my old system. They tend to shit themselves over time and rattle like a nickel in a tin can.

Thanks, It must be Yamamoto, because it does exactly what you said, very tinny top note. I think I,ll cut it open and sort it out. I obviously have a baffle in there, but does anyone have any ideas on the shape, material of the new baffle. Drawings, photo,s. Whoever the experts amonst you say is the best I,ll fabricate. No stupid ideas please.

Hi Paul, I,m going to open it up and put a baffle in, cone shaped, wide at the front, so it fits tight narrowed down to fit to the exit pipe. I,ll make three and if it turns out well, you can send me yours and I,ll sort them out. You can wrap them in my "body armour" ;) ;) ;)
