I'm not sure whether I'll still ride the '30 as I did when I was 21 (and with the RVF), but it will be put through its paces when the mood/conditions are suitable. The CBR's the more disposeable thrasher bike these days.....besides, I'm getting old.
The 'sponge' section has been sprayed white, whereas there's black felt to shield the lights between fairing and headlamp unit (old photo, sorry).

The '30 will be out and about when the weather's agreeable.
Spent a little while Saturday giving the thing an oil and coolant change. It had been done when I got the bike, but thought it best to keep it tip top. A few friends on Sunday were shocked when they heard the bike was actually road worthy. Then a little upset that I'd decided to ride my 125 instead of the notorious 400.

I too dont ride like I did when I was 21, but choose to ride quick when the conditions are envioremently right.
I draw my OAP this year, but when I met you, I thought you were half my age.
You are getting old?
Relative I suppose.
Dave.
