tonight i had a go to see how easy it was going to be to try and bend these to suit the different nose cone shapes, but because it was my first try i decided not to practice on my silhouette but i tried it on a standard nose cone i had at hand

as it was a trial attempt i haven't drilled the holes in either the cover or the nose but i have used a bit of electrical tape to hold them on to give you a basic idea.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Looks good to me - with the proper screws it'd fit pretty well :-)

you could even use velcro patches, some domed allen bolt or clear number plate bolts would finish it off, are they flexible

Work out the melting and bending point of the material your using it maybe posible to use a boiling water, or if not the oven at 130 for a few mins if that dont work go to 140 and so on i think perspex bends at 130 and melts at 150ish

Hi guys, haven't been on here in a couple of days, too busy getting my bike actually running! (cheers Gareth!)

At the moment, those where handmade, but hopefully will get them coded into the CNC machine soon. As for colours, i'm not too sure what I have at the moment, but I should be able to offer a range of transparent, and block colours. I'm going to work with what I have, don't fancy ordering it a load of material, and it not being used, but if there's enough demand, i'll think about it.

Cheers for the interest so far! I could be busy with real work for the next few weeks, but i'll see how I go. By July I should be able to start on them properly, but hopefully before!
