Never saw NC29 with 600cc engine. Have anybody done it ? Or it's impossible ?

That's what I'd like to know too....the wife liked the zzr600's power (nearly 100bhp) it was just too big for her....Never saw NC29 with 600cc engine. Have anybody done it ? Or it's impossible ?

well after looking into this i think i will probly be better to just buy a 600, as to the costs of doing everything.
Im sure i read once that you CAN fit the cbr600 engine without cutting the frame.
has anyone heard about this, is it possible but just dangerous?

Not being funny but why dont you get used to your 400 before you think about a bigger engine etc?
Im not sure how long youve been riding but if youve only just passed your test, a 400 should be plenty fast enough for a while.

Too many bikes, so little time!

yeh ur right.
been riding about a year which isnt long.
for the first time ever my bike seems to be working and i think its natural to start wandering about upgrades etc.
just a habit i think consumers always try to push

Re: 400 into 600 what engine?
I have spend for bike conversion enough to buy CBR600Fi, but I personally sure that 400cc bike is enough for road use (ever for long traveling), better to use 600cc bike on the track. Ever on the track it's quite fast... I know guy here how use Aprilia 250cc bike for track during 4 years and have won couple of prices... so, mate uncontrolled power sometimes is dangerous. But anyway anybody never follow this sort of advice...

Re: 400 into 600 what engine?
Anyone ever tried to get an '89-95 CBR1000 motor into an NC29 frame? Looking at the photos the rear mounts look similar....
