mark on it my question is will it pass a mot .

BS (bull shit) markings are NOT a requirement for the MOT, never have been.
HOWEVER..... how loud is the can? i strongly suggest you talk to the place you plan to MOT the bike and ask them what their rules are. some places ask you to bring the bike down for them to listen to it and decide if its too loud or not.
failing all else, just stick the standard can on for the hour!

thanks for the info. i will chat with the man at the mot station . ive been looking for a road can but cant find on with a 55mm inlet slipon . thank you again :D
