Is the nc29 definitely not ulez compliant if you contact Honda and ask them for more info to see if it will pass euro3 or book it in for a test

The NC29 passed the ULEZ emissions test in East London at Riverbank motorcycles.
My Honda Civic 2.2 Diesel is not ULEZ complaint so that is the problem. Also apparently Transport for London are trying to introduce pay per mile in 2025/2026 using the ULEZ cameras. It is quite funny that loads of people have smashed cameras and put plastic bags on top of the ULEZ cameras.
I feel like smashing some cameras myself

Not forgetting that we are one of the most watched country in the world with all the cctv we have installed.
