The stock 675 calipers seem great to me!
As do the stock CBR600RR calipers.
I think they're both 108mm calipers anyway so whichever choice i go with, ill have to machine them abit if im worried about overhang.
Anyway, the reason im leaning towards the CBR600RR is that i live in Asia, and the streets are full of Japanese cars and bikes. I imagine it would be much easier to get spare parts like fork seals or even an entire set of forks if i crash into something and bend the forks, triple clamps, and handle bars again.
I say "again" because this is what happened to me last month :
