Vfr 400 nc30 coolant
Right I now this question as been asked on here before but I'm still stuck after reading previous posts on which coolant to choose.I no it has to be silicate free but can someone tell me which to buy and whether it needs to be mixed with distilled water or if it's ready mixed...cheers

The coolant should say whether its premixed or concentrate - you just follow the instructions. For the concentrate you just add a bit to however many parts water. Silicate/mineral free and safe for use with aluminum i think is what you want.
I live in Australia and have been using 'tech alloy' coolant but now switching to a product like water wetter with demineralised water for use on track.

Depends on which one you get.
Doesn't matter what type really, just read the label when it arrives and mix accordingly (if needed)
Think you're overthinking all this.
You can run the bike purely on deionised water (this is something that has to be done in racing).
For instance if you bought the ready mixed stuff there's no problem in using water as a top up
