Re: The weight list.
Can't wait to get them Rick. Any idea what the thickness of the braking discs is like compared to the ebc? They got more meat on em?
Think I will have to get some ti disc bolts to minimise the weight gain!

It don't matter if i'm fixin' it or ridin' it.

My VeeRotors are stashed in the `next build (pending)` file in the loft at the moment but I`ve measured the Braking discs which are a nice substantial 5mm thick.

Continuing the theme as I`ve just had a stock delivery-
Arashi round discs (296mm, pretty much a standard NC35 replica) weigh in at around 1330g each but Arashi 296mm wavies come in at a very creditable 1210g (considering that they are just over half the price of the EBCs).

Re: The weight list.
Hi ligurt, nice magtek, 1kg lighter than oem. What does PEO stand for?
Newer forged alu rims are as light or even lighter than older cast magnesium, and in my opinion big peace of mind.
But don´t get me wrong, have a cast front magnesium myself (3kg), and although tested for cracks, never feel 100% confident when riding.

Not that confident me too. Take a look at this, it's in english. I made my rim treated by them. You can find a plein explanation of what PEO is.fourfingers wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 9:53 amHi ligurt, nice magtek, 1kg lighter than oem. What does PEO stand for?

Re: The weight list.
Thanks. Looks very interesting, specially since over the past years there are quite a lot of restrictions on chemicals for surface treatment, at least for general public.
