Hi all,
I bought an full stainless steel exhaust system for my nc30 off a member on here.
Not sure what system it is though?
I'm also unsure of how it goes together...hope someone can help? :)
Here is a pic of it.

Er!
I've had a few nc30 systems and if that's all the parts you have it isn't for a nc30 or half of it maybe the other half isn't.
I may be wrong but the rear end look about right but the front pipes don't!

Looking at the pic, maybe its just the angle.
Bottom right two pipes are the rear headers, bottom. Left two pipes possibly the front pipes, the longer link pipe attaches to the front headers, smaller link attaches to the rear headers, them both links attach to the end can link.

No, that's worse!
Are the two bottom left pipes the same length and shape?
Who did you buy it off?

The two bottom left pipes are not far off the same length and shape although the end of the one bends upwards more.
It's Pauliealdridge...im just waiting on him to get back to me.

Oh right ok.
Have you got the flanges on all four headers? And all the spring clips?
The front pipes should be a mirror image of each other, looking at the link pipe one should not be longer than the other, and I'm not entirely convinced the front pipes will even fit.

...ive all the four flanges for the headers and all the spring clips. It's definitely from an nc30...i rung up Gibson exhausts who had the nc30 track bike before Paul... the exhaust is all hand welded and the guy at Gibson said it looks good and said that not many people produced hand made exhausts around the nc30 era and suggested it might be one of their own.

Ok cool. Might just be the angle of the photo then, offer it up and get it fitted. It looks in good nick.
Should be fairly straightforward to fit. Difficult part is taking the rear manifold off. Give it plenty of wd40 before you attempt to remove it.

Looks fine to me, the two branch manifolds join together,
The two pipes youve taken alone are for the front cylinders
Right
B - Cylinder 4
D - Cylinder 2
A&C - H or F
K - Cylinder 1
I - Cylinder 3
J&L - H or F
e into h or g into f
Then
E&G into M the can
You can build this before fitting to work it out on the floor i did with my tyga system.
Regardless looks like a nice system
Rick
