Cool glad to see this thread got some response. I didn't realized it was pissing down rain over there when I posted this.
We have the opposite problem with not having enough of it. Hey I'm also jealous of you UK folk for having all sorts cool shit like Castles, Hadrian's Wall, and Stone Hendge.
Anyways rode mine down Highway 1 yesterday. It's surprising that I don't get beat up riding such a small bike after a long stint. I feel like an old man after a day on the RSV4.

I got a plug put in the tyre and rode it like a nutter to Comfort Cafe. Then ate a Scottish breakfast and rode it home...fast.

I'm sure you're glad. Have you found any useful Ducati forums yet?xivlia wrote:i sold it! :D
Good luck with new bike, take it easy until you get used to it - very different from what you're used to, not just in terms of power.

Re: What did you do with your NC30/35 today?
I met up with Tomzed on Saturday and we took a ride out
http://goo.gl/maps/BmyUq
traffic was a touch heavy in places but we took advantage of the lovely location that we met (5 mns from my house) and went for a blast about.
Was riding no9 with the new WR rearsets...jesus..they weer harsh on my hips to start with. got a nice groove on and with only one stupid overtake from por planning..it was a nice ride out
We met one of Tom's mates in Bakewell and I had to go home from there.
@ JC - Aye, the old stuff over ehre is worth a thousand baking summers (to me anyways) my local woods are formerly attached this this little beauty http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beauchief_Abbey
Walking in the shades, you see the old walls, acknowledge howw many people before you can touch them, have seen them... crazy business..
Had a dude come look at the Mille on Sunday too - he is 50/50 as has another to look at...so it may or may not be sold!
No9 also got a wash..and I realised that it desperately needs the paint sorting again..
Looks lovely from this far

I'm sure Paul or some of the other lucky Ducati owners here can point you in the right direction.xivlia wrote:thanks, cant seem to find any UK based ducati forums... there is ducati.ms but its UK based and not very well structured. Yeah i am taking it easy, its a little scary
