Bogged down from idle to 2k revs

Good Evening

I currently have the bike off the road whilst I am getting the panels re sprayed. The bike was in perfect running order before I stripped it down. Yesterday I dropped a bolt down behind the air-box so I had to remove it to retrieve it... I got the bolt out no problem. Seeing as I had the air box off I thought I'd have a look at the ht lead connections etc (as i've never had the bike apart like this I'd thought I could see how it all works etc) One by one I undid them and put them all back in the correct places.

After fitting all the parts back together the bike is running very poor, doesnt rev at all from idle to above 2k then all seems normal?

Due to not having the petrol tank fitted i'm using a kinda homemade one, It could just be a poor fuelling issue as I dont have the tank on yet?


Please advise any suggestions for me to try out tomorrow
