NC30 restorers
Hi all,
I'm looking for a few NC30 owner/restorers to help with a feature in the next issue of Practical Sports Bikes. Our regular 'restorers tips' feature will be on NC30s next month and I'm looking for owners/restorers with hints/tips/techniques/advice to pass on to readers who might be thinking of taking on an NC30. It would involve a chat on the phone and you being able to supply a high res photo of you and your bike to go with your words of wisdom.
If you'd be up for helping, you can contact me through the forum, via email at gingersgaff@btinternet.com or on 07875 736021.
Many thanks in advance for any help.
All the best,
Gez Kane, Practical Sports Bikes

I'm in the process but way off completion. Plenty of the guys threads on here of projects and rides.

Re: NC30 restorers
How many different bikes do you plan to feature in the next issue? A Google search comes up with several pages with the same request for loads of different bikes
Make your mind up mate.

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Austin here from PSB. We only need 4 owners/bikes. I know Gez has a couple already.

The mood on here has changed for the worse lately with new members motives being viewed with suspicion granted there has been some dodgy characters in the for sale section but I'm pretty sure the mods will take care of that issue.

Agreed Dave - I am just baffled at some people and the pressing need to just "chip in" for no reason.
If you don't have anything constructive to add to the thread then simply press the back button and not the "reply and spout shite" button

They are looking for people to plug the bikes, maybe a plug for the website and I just cant understand the need to make negative comments - especially if the request doent even relate to you.
But then again...........i have replied and made a worthless contribution too - its catching.

Seriously though there are some trick builds and some very good OCD restorations on here, a look through the members build section is the best suggestion - oh and if you cant see it without being a member, I reckon the mag can withstand a £10 donation!
Look forward to seeing the feature at some point.

Re: NC30 restorers
Sorry this caused a stir within the site. Firstly Sean freeman is going to be one of our guys giving his advice on NC Restorations. It's a regular feature we do, and it's only a couple of pages with 150 or so words from each restorer on there own personal experiences of restoring the said bike.
Once again sorry for the disruption
