NC30 Oil

Having spent the last hour searching the net to find what oil my vfr needs, im fed up!
Hoping someone on here might tell me what it is that i need?

yeah and ive heard that its best to avoid fully synthetic as it can cause the clutch to slip bad!!!!!!!

it not all fully synth that causes probs, i was lead to believe it was fully synth combined with race EBC clutch plate. i may well be wrong tho. i used fuchs silkolene 10W 40 semi synth

clutch slipage has only happened on bikes that were run on semi until the owners dumped in fully without cleaning out properly...
