gullarm/swingarm

hi, i was just drewling over some cbr400 pics on google and notice there are two different types of swing arms so i take it one is a gullarm and one is regular but i thought all 400's came with a gullarm or was that a special type of cbr400, here what im talking about

One is a pic of the left hand side of the swing arm and the other pic is the other side of the swingarm.

Its only curved up on one side. The exhaust side!

Maybe it's a cut 'n' shut - half gullarm, half tri-arm ;)
