Hi does any one know how the 89 hrc kit forks differed from the standard forks??.

what manual are you looking at, surely it gives you spring rates and air gaps ?
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

i was more wondering if they had different adjustment over the 89 forks ie comp adjustment like the rs250 forks of that era??

The HRC forks had the following different parts:

Springs (Three different ones)
Damper assembly
And an expander
