okay...so i fixed my bike. i was running it for about 5 mins and gently giving throttle. and all of a sudden the hose connecting my top radiator litteraly blew off :o and all the water came out. there was steam coming out of the water. i do not know what caused this...i thought there was meant to be some sort of thermostat to controll the temps...also i found that my bikes fan wasnt working at all..can anyone tell me what might of caused high air pressure build up in the water loop

cheers!

Did you nip the hose up?

It runs, but you canot ride it? that irhgt? The bikes do not like being ran in neutral and with throttle..well, lots of throttle anyway.

well..there should not be air in the loop and there is not actually that much pressure

Yes, sounds like hoseclip was loose, refit the hose and clip and without tightening, see if it turns.

Rad cap blows off between 16-20psi.
