howdy.. so the threded part that they fasten to in the frame, they are tightend into the frame like rivets i think?? i have used simular before,at work but what are they called and how can i replace or tighten them? mine are loose, and it bugs me that i cant tighten anything in it properly because they just spin!

they are the same all the way down i belive, for the faing infills aswel?

If I'm thinking of the same thing, I believe they use rivet nuts (commonly known as rivnuts) to attach the fairing brace. I'm pretty sure the only way to remove them is by drilling them out, start with a drill bit that is the same size as the body of the rivnut. It can be a bit of a bugger to get them out, especially if they're already spinning. You might be able to borrow someones rivet nut tool and try compressing it a bit more (it works the same as a normal rivet).

lol cheers, i knew it'd be something lame and simple i just couldnt think of! :P(sound like your thinking the same thing as me) i'll try tightening em, first.. fingers crossed :pray:
