will vfr 800 fairing fit vfr 400 nc30

Just on the off chance does any one know if vfr800 front end will fit my vfr400 nc30 as read up and noticed cbr600rr fit with modding.So if any one could let me know would be good as got logbooks today and say bike is red/white but it is bright yellow the fairings need repairing so may take this root instead and spray white with red graphics as waiting on delivery of rear cbr seat cowl

do you mean fit on without any effort and look good ? no chance, not even close.
anything none standard needs work to fit - even RVF bodywork

I know it will take effort m8 I was meaning size wise as don't want to try then find out they are to big as i dont know the size or owt not botherd about fixing points as can make new one's cheer's for reply but doesnt help much lol

They fit fine m8 dnt wurry about them being 5" wider than the 400 and around 9" higher with wrap around sides on the fairing edges cos you can dremmel them off. will look well sick innit !

cheers crm thats the answer i ws looking for size wise so its a no go.Been to look at fairings today and found that 675 fairings are just 10mm wider so may give that a go when get cash £130 as for ibby sfq you may want to try sfa thread as not every one knows every thing.So would rather ask than just go and lob money away cheers for your waste off a reply.Wounder if i will end up with more snarky comments if just asking lol's

If you want an nc30 buy NC panels if you want a vfr800 buy one but why fuck up the great looks if an nc30 with shite brackets and oversized fairing.

It's not about knowing everything it's about not fucking around with something that can't be bettered!!

Well seen better looking one's with the cbr600rr fairing's on this site as for buying a vfr800 not possible as not lanky enough also would cost me a bomb on insurance.Instead of buying nc30 panels for 130 thought may aswell update it for 130 + headlights as I will be stripping old fairings off at shop then try before you buy policy if comes down to it will get the original because front end does'nt bother me that much

why not just buy a CBR600RR then ? quicker, lighter, handle better, look better (as you put it) and i bet will cost about the same to insure ?
reason for the replys is only because we see this over and over and over again, new kid comes along wants to "upgrade" their old NC30 and then spunk a load of money on it only to get bored of it, or not have it turn out as expected and try and flog it for dickhead money only to wonder why no one wants to buy a NC30 with some hashed up kit and paintjob, and cant understand why original standard bikes make more money!
however at the end of the day its your bike and you go "upgrade" as you see fit, but dont be surprised it becomes hard to sell or you end up breaking it for parts if you struggle to sell it later on.

dig a little deeper on here and you will discover the general feel that k-konversions are shite and tyga kits people really like to work with. just before you ask that question a bit later on like.
