Post by sp00ka » Sun Jul 17, 2011 4:23 pm

When checking the oil with the bike up right ! Do I measure the oil be resting the dip stick on the threads or screw back in ? And if low what's the best oil to use ?

if its the same as the 30 and 35, and i would presume it is, its resting it in. not screwing it back in... most on here will say semi synth rather than fully synthetic...

Resting.

Take it out, wipe it and measure it resting.

Make sure the bike is upright and level, not on the side-stand.

10-40. Semi Synth bike oil is fine.
