running rough
my nc30/35 is running a bit rough backfiring at about 8k rpm then when she warms up to 90c she is fine, any thoughts?

There's a gap somewhere in the exhaust system letting air in, when it heats up the metal expands and fills the gap.
That would my guess as I've just had a similar issue.
