rvf fairing on a vfr

is it a staight swap to put nc35 fairings on a nc30

Not 100% sure but I think the fairing fixing bolt is lower on the RVF

lowers are the same item essentially, nose mounts different as do the mids.
so you could use 35 lowers on a 30 but changing the whole lot is not a simple bolt on onto the 30 bracket on the front.
seat panels are different too and would require a 35 subframe to fit.
