no, it is not just a straight fit...it does require lots of welding hence custom build project to client specs.

I would robb a bank to get the NSR500V (V-twin), as ridden by Shinichi Itoh and Tadayuki Okada in the GP's mid-90's. So in my search I found the NC431V (still a lot of money though )
