Wiring Route on Subframe

Post by MostyVFR400 » Mon May 03, 2010 10:09 pm

Hi Guys.

Just wondered if anybody had their rear faring panels off at the moment and wouldn't mind taking a few pics.

I'm at the stage where I'm putting the rear subframe and under tray back on but and need to know where the big collection of wires go in relation to the subframe. I'm aware they come in from the right then go up the left but it's how they get there that's proving difficult to see. I'm sorted with the rectifier, fuses etc, it's the main wiring that runs up to the rear lights.

It's been a long time since i took it apart so wondered if anybody had any close up shots?

They cross from right to left just in front of the battery, your need to remove the 2 top bolts on the subframe and loosen the bottom 2 so the subframe swings back far enough to get the loom through
