My NC24 - nearly finished

Post by magpie114 » Thu Apr 29, 2010 10:04 am

Well I've nearly finished my NC24 project, just a few things to tidy up before I take delivery of my tank, panels, fairing etc which have been sprayed in the Lucky Strike scheme.

Thanks to all on the forum for advice and various bits and pieces, particularly Neo for that elusive pushrod. Will post more pics soon as it is completed.

That looks absolutely superb. A job well done! Look forward to seeing it with the finished panels fitted

Is it just me being thick or is the front tyre on back to front?

Its a New Zealand copy and it needed a little bit of modification (a few careful hammer blows) to make it fit. I'm still working on the front downpipes which need slight "adjustment"

I thought the same when I collected the wheel after the tyre had been fitted, but it is correct and agrees with tyre rotation mark.

Got the fairing and other stuff back this afternoon, so I'm starting to put it together and desperately resisting the urge to rush it! I'm going to BSB at Oulton this weekend so I guess it will be the next weekend before I finish it.
