after taking carbs off and cleaning eventually getting back on my nc30 wouldn't start either i cleaned plugs and was sure it was fuel starvation so i put a temp fuel supply onto carbs with no tap started first time i looked at fuel tap and diaphragm
nothing obvious so put tank back on wouldn't start . when running vacuum hose gives a suck suck suck ect effect im about to take tank off again empty and re-examine diaphragm let you know what the result is later!

it will be the plugs. Theya re very fragile and will die on you easily.

New plugs will have it sorted..it is the way!
