hi all
took my bike out yesterday just to have a blast.....pulled off my friends drive...as i was straightening up i opened the bike up a little...wooshhhh..back end stepped out, i was flung off and the bike slid along the road!
ive got a AC joint dislocation from my mma training.....it was healing but i landed on that side so its hurting like hell again.
with regards to the bike...ive broken my left mirror (carbon fibre teat drop £45).....my alloy clip-on bent (£20 for a pair from rick oliver).... rear set peg broke (cheapest found £22 for pair) and my pazzo lever has been bent ever so slightly and ground away...so ill be sanding it down then finish with some wet/dry for it to be re-anodized. only a very small scuff on belly pan.
so looks like all will be fine after a small amount of time and money spent.
poo poo.....had a mini hi-side...argghhh!

Rubbish! Done yourself any harm Duncan? I'm guessing you won't be able to come training on Sunday? I hope you can still make it, One of our lads has organised an instructor from Trojan (Cheltenham) to come down to take the session. On the bike front if you need any help just give me a shout.
Need any used Nc30 parts? Want to fit a Ducati front end to your Nc30? If so give me a shout.

hi guys...
are the bars solid or tubular?
paul my collar bone isnt good at all mate and my neck is sore to touch...so looks like sunday will be a no go!.ffs!!
thank you for the offer though...what time is it going on?....might come watch!
most of the parts will be replaced so no problems..just a little work on the lever but should be fine...ill finish the other small jobs on it too.....then its the just a case of putting my new main jets in...and finally a good clean and it will be sorted! i hope! lol

Oh well, these things happen I suppose at least you got off (quite) lightly by the sounds of it. To be fair you love tinkering with the bike so it gives you an excuse to get back out in the garage!
We should be kicking off at about 6 if you want to pop down anyway, all the best Paul.
