Yes they were bases on the Triarm CBR I think. All is in Japanese but there is a picture of the Triarm next to the RCB in the same colours.
It has a strange frame near the headstock and the tank is also a strange shape. It also has the NC35 kind of airtubes but these ones actually work.

I have no scanner here, but here are some mobile phone pics from that issue #29.

HRC project code is [NX0], the two RV400F are named as [NW0C] and [NW0D].

NX0 race livery scheme is later set to market in the NC23 triarm road livery.
It did have working ram air with ram air tubes, see last pic.

I located some NC23 HRC F3 pistons recently and out of interest it seems they are exactly the same as the NC30 HRC F3 pistons.

Unfortunately one of mine arrived damaged so the question is anyone have a single F3 piston sitting on a shelf somewhere (Unlikely I know but... )

Very hard to find outside Japan, they only pop up in yahoo auctions occasionally and can be very expensive. What information are you hoping to find in the manual ? I have similar manuals for the NS250R (set up + Clever People) so maybe I can help you find out if it's worth all the searching effort and money.

vfr400rk is an nc30?

or do you mean vfr400-k (nc21/24 training school bike) in which case there is no "HRC" manual as training school bikes were never raced....

besides, these books detail how to fit the camshafts/bodywork and stuff which are all long time discontinued and very expensive when they do pop up, nice to look at though, there are some nc24 hrc parts books about if you wanted to see how a stock nc24 was kitted up if you have the training school bike as its quite a similar base.

He means the VF neo not the VFR. I’ve never seen one of these manuals come up for sale and I keep an eye on the auctions for hrc manuals as I collect them. If I ever see one come up I shall post up here
